Chandra J. Johnson, Executive Director
A native of Los Angeles, California, Ms. Johnson is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts degree in theology with a concentration in African American Studies. In 1996, she began a 11-year career in university administration at Notre Dame when she joined the staff of Campus Ministry to develop programs dedicated to the character and spiritual development of undergraduate students from multi-ethnic backgrounds. In 1998, she was appointed Assistant to the President and member of the University Officers’ Group where she served as an advisor to the former President for almost 7 years. Prior to enrolling as a freshman at Notre Dame at age 38, Ms. Johnson worked as an administrative assistant in corporate America for 20 years. She has two children and three grandchildren. |

Donna J. White, Program Director
Ms. White began her career in youth development with DeKalb County (Georgia) Parks and Recreation. There she developed her passion for working with children. Her dedication to youth has been evident while working for various organizations in the Atlanta community. Ms. White has developed life skills curricula and successfully managed programs for children and young adults. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from Emory University and a Master of Science degree in Urban Studies-Nonprofit Administration from Georgia State University. |

Brad Chotiner, Camp Director
Mr. Chotiner began his camp career as a counselor-in-training at Camp Sabra in the Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri, and later became the Camp Director of the J-CC Ranch Camp in Elbert, Colorado. Before entering camp directing, he taught 8th-grade history for the Austin, Texas Public Schools. Mr. Chotiner received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a Teaching Certificate from the University of Texas at Austin. |

Marcus Armstrong, Management Intern
A native of Lafayette, California, Mr. Armstrong received his Bachelors of Arts degree in Communications from California State University, Long Beach, where he participated in collegiate Track and Field and worked as a Resident Advisor. He began his camp career as a Counselor-In-Training at Camp Dogwood in June 1996. He has worked as a Senior Camp Counselor for the last three summers. |
